Essential Documents (Before Applying)..

Please make sure you have the following documents ready before submitting your application:

1. National ID (NID) Card
   National ID card must be submitted in PNG, JPEG, or JPG format with a maximum file size of 500 KB. Both the front and back sides of the NID are mandatory. If required, please combine both sides into a single image file.

2. Your Photograph
   Your photograph must be in PNG, JPEG, or JPG format. The maximum file size should not exceed 500 KB, and the image dimensions must be exactly 300 × 300 pixels.
3. Proof of Income
   Proof of income must be submitted in PDF format with a maximum file size of 2 MB. The total income shown must be a minimum of USD 50 (or equivalent in BDT) earned within the last twelve (12) months.
4. Income from Direct or Off-Marketplace Clients (If Applicable)
   Any document demonstrating a valid work relationship (such as a signed contract, work agreement, invoice, or email confirmation with the client), along with corresponding inward remittance proof showing receipt of payment.

Acceptable Proof of Income Documents

Please submit all applicable and relevant documents related to your application. Documents must clearly show your name, income amount, and transaction date.

💻 Online Marketplace Income

• Income statements or transaction history from recognized online marketplaces (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.).

💳 Digital Payment Platforms

• Payment statements from digital payment platforms (e.g., Payoneer, Wise, PayPal), including official account statements, transaction history, or platform-issued financial certificates.
• Where applicable, corresponding bank statements or bank-issued certificates from Bangladesh showing inward remittance from these platforms.

🏦 Bank & Mobile Financial Services (MFS)

• Bank statements issued by scheduled banks in Bangladesh showing inward foreign remittance or freelancer income.
• Transaction statements or account statements from Mobile Financial Service (MFS) providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) clearly showing freelance-related income or inward remittance.
• Remittance advice, credit advice, or official bank certificates related to freelance or IT-enabled service earnings.

📄 Other Acceptable Documents

• Any other official document issued by a bank, financial institution, or legally recognized platform that clearly shows the applicant’s name, income amount, and transaction date.

Important: If income is received from multiple marketplaces or sources, all supporting documents must be merged into a single PDF file before submission.
